Saharri Park Sitaan holds a special place in my heart as he was the very first horse that I bred. I remember the days when I was a young girl of 13 years old and fell in love with his father, Wandarri Sultan, who was a Simeon Sanegor son. It was love at first sight and I knew that I wanted to breed Arabian horses. Sitaan is out of my very first mare, Simeon Sigalit, whom I acquired by using most of my life savings. She was by the triple crown world champion, Simeon Shai, and was carrying a special gift in her belly by Asfour.
I kept Sigalit a secret for a while as I knew I would get in trouble for buying her from my father. Once the secret was out, he quickly got over it and saw how passionate I was about the Arabian horses. He became my biggest supporter in pursuing my dream. The resulting foal from Sitaan’s mating was everything I had hoped for and more. He exceeded all of my expectations and won many awards, including National Champion Colt back in his younger days. He also placed in the East Coast Top Five and Australian National Top Ten, missing out on being Reserve Australian Champion by only one point in the days when classes were broken into heats of 20 or more.
There are so many beautiful memories that I have of Sitaan. Looking back on those early days, I am grateful for the support of my family who saw how passionate I was about these horses and encouraged me to pursue my dream. And I am proud to say that Sitaan is a living testament to that dream, a reminder of everything that is possible when we pour our hearts and souls into something we love.
There are so many beautiful memories that I have of Sitaan. Today, Sitaan is a beautiful 25-year old stallion, a true gentleman. He has had a wonderful life and continues to be a treasured member of our family here at Saharri.
Simeon Shalach is not only a magnificent stallion himself, but he also passes on his exceptional traits to his offspring. His striking appearance, including his beautiful dark deep eyes and small ears, are just some of the features that he passes on to his progeny. Additionally, his powerful movement and superior abilities are also evident in his offspring, making them just as impressive as their sire. We are proud to see Simeon Shalach’s legacy continue through his offspring, and we look forward to seeing them thrive and make their own mark in the world of champions.
Simeon Shalach is an exceptional stallion, born to the renowned Australian Champion mare, Simeon Salome, as her last gift to the world. His is sired by none other than the incredible and exquisite Simeon Shifran. With such a regal heritage, it’s no surprise that Simeon Shalach boasts all the quality and beauty that one would expect. We are truly blessed to have such a gorgeous stallion in our presence.
The world of Arabian horse breeding is steeped in rich lineage and legacy, and for me, it all began with my very first stallion, Wandarri Sultan. This magnificent animal was sired by the illustrious Simeon Sanegor and out of Wandarri Jasmine, two exceptional horses in their own right. These bloodlines were the foundation of my breeding program, which I proudly named Saharri.
